Healthy Recipes

Our clients are often advised to improve their food choices such as adding in that extra fibre, beans and pulses, nuts, vegetables and fruit to their daily meals. This can sometimes become a headache for busy people who are in the habit of choosing the same foods and cook ing the same way as we they always have.

These recipes are intended to make the changes easier with the . particular emphasis on cardioprotective foods that are so beneficial in protecting against heart disease.

As dietitians we love food and cooking and can often spend quite a lot of spare time in the kitchen creating new ways to enjoy healthy foods. We will add to these from time to time.
