Guacamole
2 avocados
juice of 1 lemon
½ cup natural yoghurt
2 small tomatoes, diced
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp crushed garlic
dash of chilli sauce
a little salt
Cut avocados in half and scoop out flesh. With a fork mash with lemon
juice until well combined. Mix in remaining ingredients and serve with
low fat crackers and/or vegetable sticks.
